Privacy
This notice explains what personal data Mermnad Commercial Agency collects through this website, why, where it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

With each enquiry we also store the time of submission, your approximate country and your browser's user agent. Your IP address is used for about two minutes to limit abuse and is not stored with your enquiry.
The report sign-up collects only your email address. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy or enrich contact data.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to assess whether we can help, and, if you ask for it, to send the quarterly report. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. For the report, it is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to us.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and forwarded to our inbox by email through Resend. Both providers act as processors on our behalf and may process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, under their standard data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically {{RETENTION_PERIOD}} after we receive them. Report subscriptions are kept until you ask us to remove you; write to us and we delete your address.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you across sites. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.
Spam protection
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated submissions. To do this it processes technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address. It runs only on the forms.
Your rights
Under KVKK (Article 11) and the GDPR you can ask whether we hold data about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye or to the data protection authority in your country.
